Across active members, 75% are modeled as parents: 50% parent-only, 25% dual-role, and 25% angel-only. All parents are modeled to receive 4 hours of care per month. Dual-role and angel-only members are each modeled to provide 6 hours of care per month. In practical terms, most users need care, but only half the network is counted as providers.
At the weighted average of $26.25/hour, 6 hours of care equals $157.50 in monthly care volume. A 5% First Ripple share on that is $7.88 per provider per month. Because only half the network is modeled as providers, the direct blended value drops to about $3.94 per active member per month.
Applying your Second Ripple factor of 2 brings the blended total to about $11.82/month, or $141.84/year, for each person you bring in.
